The Jin Xuan (milk oolong) cultivar is highly prized in Taiwan for its creamy taste and mouthfeel and this tea delivers that with subtlety and grace. Being a high mountain oolong from Alishan, this tea has a flavor profile that ranges from floral to grassy and pairs well with a pastry-like mouthfeel. While some Jin Xuan teas are artificially flavored to enhance the milky flavor, this tea is simply a product of cultivar and growing region and in our opinion that is all you need.
